Monolithic Fire-Rated Glass

This glass boasts excellent light transmission and supports customized cutting sizes. It is widely installed in indoor fire partitions and corridor daylight walls, with stable supply for numerous commercial projects at home and abroad.

Monolithic fire-rated glass is produced via a special high-temperature chemical treatment. After more than 20 hours of ion exchange, sodium ions on the glass surface are replaced to form a chemically tempered stress layer. Combined with physical tempering, high compressive stress is formed on the glass surface to greatly strengthen its impact resistance.

When broken, it breaks into tiny blunt particles without sharp edges, minimizing injury risks to people. Its strength is 6 to 12 times that of ordinary glass and 1.5 to 3 times standard tempered glass.

We provide multiple thickness options: 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm. Fire resistance ratings include 0.5-hour, 1-hour and 90-minute versions to meet global building fire protection codes.
